Gracie is a minimalist. She often tells me, "I don't need anything."
She loves capri leggings. My mom sent her a pair of capri activewear leggings and she seeks them out of laundry and would wear them every day if I let her.
She likes UnderArmour headbands-they aren't too tight and they don't slide out of her hair.She and her sisters can sit for HOURS and make loom band bracelets.
She likes cereal for breakfast….and Cliff bars and squeeze fruit for snacks…
She hasn't met a book she hasn't loved.
HOWEVER, more than all of she would give all of that up to sit with the babies. And she knows their needs and sees them everyday. Even at 8, almost 9, she is able to identify that LOVE is at the top of the list while they are with us! But there are things that they need to be cared for well also….
So, more than any of her 'Favorite Things'…I think what would make Gracie over-the-moon excited if the 9 things that you chose to send were FOR THE BABIES! I think that her face would show sheer JOY to see things come in the mail, in honor of her golden birthday, that would bless the little ones she loves SO MUCH!!! You guys, let's do this big!!! Don't forget to throw in a card and let Gracie know what you decided to send :)
